Just wow. I want to parts authority to buy a battery and starter the other day as soon as I go into the store there is a manager is yelling at a employee, I try not to pay attention. when I get my products I waited for over 15 minutes the apartment gets thrown down a slide banged up it's like it was covered in white bird feces and when I ask about getting a different one I was told they are all gonna have the white stuff on it. Unsanitary and disgusting and the store manager himself was rude. I would rather spend more money to deal with nice people at autozone. I won't support a rude business no matter the price this is my hometown. SAD!

Be cautious and stop buying parts from here. I purchased an alternator 2 weeks back, returned the core for a refund and unfortunately the new part failed. Went back to do an even exchange and because I didn’t have the original receipt they would not do it. They would not even accept the cc statement. The customer service rep goes “sorry that’s how we roll here”. Parts Authority doesn’t even keep purchase records on file but wants you to provide them with all of your information, hmm wonder why? Basically they are selling defective parts and not providing replacements or refunds. Stay Away! Update: after posting this review and receiving a reply Rick took care of the issue and swapped the part out with a new one. Thank You Rick.

Went for customer service and direction due to an issue with a transaction. Politely approached the manager, who refused the handshake I offered as I introduced myself. After discussing my situation, I was provided judgemental comments regarding my rightful personal choices. Proceeded to thank him for his time, to which he responded "Don't thank me, I didn't help. I'm just working." This isn't the place for good customer service, or kind people. Then again the location should have been a red flag.
