No skill or knowledge to be found here. Typical for autozone. Went in for transmission cooler line in 3/8 and they rang up something totally wrong. I had to go back there with the kid and do his job for him. Then some manager lady got mouthy and told me i couldnt return the wrong hose the kid rung up. Ill drive to michigan before i shop at another autozone.

I only gave them a two star review due....I purchased a battery and they were putt8 g in for me. I paid then the nice young man was walking out of the store and some one stopped him to ask him a question ...well he took him in the back for him to look at something (which took about 10 min). Then he waited on another customer. Mind you my battery was bought and paid for already. Then the "manager" said policy is we have to wait on customers in the store first. We'll I was a customer in the store first!

I went to Auto Zone in Sheffield to have my van battery checked. I needed a new battery. Sheffield Auto Zone sent me to Elyria Auto Zone and they had the battery I needed. Bought it and Ben one of the counter guys, installed for me. All this done in under an hour and at a great price. Thanks
