The turnaround is as fast as anyone could wish for, and the staff are polite and courteous—even after I had decided against a service, I was not met with any ill attitudes after my second thoughts and call back to have them performed.

My experience at Paragon Honda Service Center was deeply disappointing. 1. The lines were enormous, and the wait times just to be acknowledged were frustratingly long. The two young ladies at the front desk had sour attitudes, treating customers like an inconvenience, complete with eye rolls. The overcrowded waiting room was a clear sign of how slow and inefficient their service is—they simply can't meet deadlines. 2. The coordination for pickup and drop-off was poorly managed, adding to the overall frustration. While they do offer free taxi shuttles and provide coffee (though without milk), these small gestures can't make up for the subpar service. Despite bringing in my car with three specific issues, they returned it claiming there were no problems at all, yet the issues remained unresolved. I'm now left with no choice but to file a claim with Honda corporate. This level of service is completely unacceptable. * I am happy to revise this review if someone from management reaches out with a resolution. Cheers

Moreover, despite being busy, Elizabeth managed my appointment with great efficiency. I was in and out within the promised time frame, which was a huge plus. The professionalism and attentiveness of most of the staff always trying to go the extra mile in customer service really stood out. You guys explained everything so well in giving me all the choices. I recently came in to have a tire replaced on my CR-V Hybrid, which was covered under my Honda tire insurance. I dropped the car off at 7 AM on a Saturday and picked it up by 1 PM the same day — everything was handled smoothly and right on time. Carolina at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and made the experience stress-free. Had the pleasure of meeting Zaira at Paragon Honda Service during the uncommon hours in the evening. Given my current work schedule, finding a Honda certified dealership to service my Honda Pilot has been challenging. During my initial conversation with Zaira, she provided me with a detailed explanation on all of the suggested maintenance under code B12. This aided me earmarking the appropriate amount of funds for the service. While sitting in the waiting area, Zaira frequently checked in on me, offering me coffee and level of hospitality that made it feel at home. Unlike other dealerships, working with Zaira is something I look forward to and is one of the major reasons I make my commute from Brooklyn all the way to Queens.
