These other guys I went to before said it was to much work because it was a super sport. Driving back home, bummed out I saw their shop from a red light and decided to call. I went in on 3/5/21 to get an alignment, and one of the workers mention if I had a reason for me wanting to get an alignment, and asked if I had a missing rod, when i said i did not know what he was talking about, he said if that was missing it would be an extra charge and they wanted to inspect my car for it. He asked i guess it was an actual mechanic or whoever it but it was a older man, he without even inspecting my car automatically said that i was missing a rod and gave me a quote of $290 for the supposedly problem with the alignment. I already knew they were trying to screw me over, i just played along with it and told them ill be back the next day. I went to another place which they did the job perfectly in about an hour. Be careful with this shop

They kept my truck 4 days without working on it claiming that they were waiting on parts. They didn't call me to let me know and they would not answer their phone. Basically there's one guy that does most of the work and another guy that does the pricing. If it's an unknown issue they will most likely ask you to leave your car overnight so they can inspect it. This is where the biggest problem with them happens, if they get a quick and easy job like brake pads or oil change they will skip your car and work on that. That's where the lying starts.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my car paid what I was quoted and car passed smog with flying colors. My only complaint is communication can be a little better. I was told one thing and it took a bit longer because of unforseen circumstances but I would have loved being kept in the loop.
