Definitely 0 stars deserved HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. “Store Manager” Sammy, rude and ignorant took about 5 minutes to attend and less than 2 seconds to have me walk out once I spoke with him ridiculous. Looking for a part that showed they have 3 in stock he walked to the aisle and in less than 2 seconds told me they didn’t have it. I had my eyes on him the whole time through the process and honestly ridiculous. And yet told me to go somewhere else he made a phone to another O’reilys store and was acting unprofessional making dumb remarks to whomever answered the phone as if it was his personal time I have not seen a store manager act like a child or in the streets talking the way he did. If this is the store manager they chose to represent the company, and set an example and provide customer service honestly would not think about him in a manager position. Also the way he speaks to his employees belittling them is beyond ridiculous. Took my time and spent my money at Autozone where they attended me perfect

Really disappointed with the way I was treated when I tried to return a defective windshield blade that i had purchased at this store. We opened the box to install the blade and discovered it was torn. When I tried to return it, the gal who sold it to me told me she had checked it when I purchased it and essentially accused us of placing a different part in the box. She would not take it back. I would have no reason to place a used blade back in the box and try to return it. We asked for the manager and she told us that we can come back tomorrow and complain to her manager. She never opened the box and checked the part as she had stated. She was very disrespectful and essentially accused me of being a dishonest person. I will never shop here again. We left with the bad product, went to Auto Zone and bought a full set of front and rear wipers. They were prompt and curtious. Way to take advantage of a senior over $14.00! You lost a larger sale and falsely accused me of being dishonest. I would not recommend shopping here!

Every time I come in this store the employees have no clue where things are or are rude. Rather pay a couple dollars more and go to autozone down the block!
