This Autozone is a hub and is a lot larger than other AutoZone locations. I needed a couple of parts for my truck in an emergency and this location had them in stock. The first time I came, there was a little bit of a line but it moved quickly. The second time I visited, there was no line and I left with a brand new torque converter in probably 3 minutes or less. There's a huge parking lot and each time I visited there were multiple employees working the front counters.

Employees don’t know what their doing neither does the manager. They don’t honor price match even after showing them a physical copy from competitor. Then they say you have to download an app nobody has time to do all these things very unprofessional lost all my future business

One star is too much for the type of service provided. It never fails. I went to look for some parts for my vehicle and the guys working there was a trainee he had to ask the manager for help and was ignored by him. A lady named Monserrat had to jump in and help and she assured me they didn't have the parts I needed without even checking in the system. I proceeded to search for the parts myself and actually found them! I went to her to point it out and she said said "good, let me get the part number". It's nice to have the customer do their job because that's what customer service is all about. Please be aware of the type of service you will get here. As a matter of fact, my in-laws have come across the very same experience. I will not go there again!

I just wanna say how grateful I am that employee Luis (unfortunately i did not get his last name) was willing to help me on a below zero kind of day. I was having a bad week with my car and Wednesday morning i went To auto zone to get my battery checked AGAIN because it kept dying even though at another location, 1 week prior another gentleman said my battery was fine. I understand things happen and technology is not always reliable. He was very patient with me as I was having a moment (lol) and he even installed my battery. As a manager at another retailer it is refreshing to meet someone who is willing to go above and beyond. If a supervisor is reading this, please thank him once again for doing a great job. It’s hard to come by great workers nowadays.
