Repairs were made accurately for what I can see on my car. Communication is what the service department lacks the most, was contacted twice after initial estimate for items that were forgotten on the initial estimate. Just learned there was a free shuttle service with a 10 mile radius, would of been nice to know that for drop off and pick up. Overall prices are what you would expect at a dealership, if initial communication could be more upfront and clear about price, job to be performed and most importantly estimate of repair times that could make this a better place for costumers to count on. BEWARE, THEY ARE FRAUDING PEOPLE!!! I went to them to change my engine oil and they started telling me that I needed to change the sump for which they were asking for 830 $ because I had a broken plug that they couldn't open in my NEW 2024 NISSAN ROGUE! I gave up and went to another service where they changed my engine oil normally, without any problems or complications. for which I only paid 90 $

Outstanding Service! I was stranded with a flat tire and no lugnut key 3 miles from the dealership. I called and Paul arrived with master keys and helped me change my tire. I didn’t even purchase my Rogue from them! Truly a life saver. Thank you Paul!
