Lawerence was the smartest man and knowledgeable about all parts for automotive.. very caring and intelligent about what I needed.. having issues with my friends windshield wipers and he helped me get new ones, installed them and fluid.. what a hidden gem this location.. must go to if you need parts for your ride… Very grateful for great customer service..

Came in to get a headlight. I had, had the exact headlight replaced five years ago at a different O'Reilly's so I knew it was doable. When I first walked in I was greeted promptly. When I asked if someone could change it for me, the man said yeah Kevin can. Kevin proceeded to ask if the other guy was going to take my sale but have him do the work. He laughed and said "no, you ring her up," and walked in the back. Kevin was a gem and bless his heart, but not really great with computers so it took a long time to find the right headlight. He didn't type well and kept hitting the wrong keys and having to backspace and start over. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. Meanwhile another customer came in. Kevin finally found my headlight and rang me up while the other gentleman was waiting to check out. Kevin asked for one of the THREE other employees in the back to come help him. They didn't, at least not quickly. He finished my purchase and asked if I minded waiting for him to ring up the other customer. I obliged. Finally the initial man who greeted me came back up. He asked Kevin why I was still there and Kevin explained he couldn't install my bulb because he had to ring up the other customer. The guy decided he would after all do my headlight. He came out took one look and said it had to be taken to a dealership. I know this isn't true since another O'Reilly's changed the same bulb five years ago. So after all that I returned the bulb and left. The entire time I was there it was dead. And even though there were numerous employees Kevin was the only one working. He was also significantly older than the other workers. I couldn't help but think they bully him and he's too afraid to speak up about it. The entire situation really upset me. To watch someone old enough to be my parent do all the work while the younger employees did nothing was infuriating! I ended up going to an Auto Zone the next morning and they changed my bulb. It wasn't the easiest change but it was far from impossible or needing a dealership. I will never visit this O'Reilly's location again. If you manage or own this and happen to read this, give Kevin a raise and get those other fools in line.

I came in there just looking to get my car free diagnosed and Micheal ended up really impacting my day such good charisma, awesome hospitality he ended up fixing my heat real good guy ! He told me he was in training to become a manager I think he is ready ! I am now officially going to be a regular there from now on!
