About a week ago, my husband and I went to the O'Reilly on Palo Verde, this hispanic short guy gave us an attitude; my husband was asking him about an specific part, he kept rolling his eyes and talking to us in a monotone voice. My husband went back yesterday and the same guy gave him an attitude again; he had to go to a different location on 22nd and this person was very helpful and professional and spoke to us like he loves being there. A manager should really talk to this hispanic short guy.

Very good customer service πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ a team member name Jose helped me, he was so humble and courteous. I was driving and rental car and I had no clue About the stuff I needed for it. He kindly helped me with the coolant and window washing fluid. Great customer service 😊😊😊

Last time I come here some OBESE GUY came outside saying I can’t add brake fluid to my car ! Cause it’s a liability yet it’s a liability to drive a car without brake fluid . Get better employees man smh πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

I went in for headlight bulbs. A huge thank you to the store manager, Osuna, who installed them for me. I remembered I needed a rear windshield wiper, and he installed that for me, too. Nice, clean, organized store and helpful employees.
