My car went to caliber due to an sideswipe on the freeway. Damage and repairs were estimated at apx 20 hours. A month later I picked up my car with an IOU to finish fixing the drivers mirror which they can't get working. upon picking up the car I only had 10 miles of gas range when it was dropped off with 120. Two lug nuts were left loose. That tire was also inflated to 42lbs, 10 lbs above any other tire on the vehicle the 4 way tire iron in my trunk was stuck in the trunk liner creating a hole. suggesting my car was driven very harshly during its stay. I had to constantly call and ask for updates as thier text/app wasn't being updated for a week or more at a time. ill admit the bodywork they did is of good quality. Just too many other issues for a good rating.

Service Managers Chris & Patrick are BOTH AMAZING. I trust these folks 100%, and went there initially in October of 2024 because USAA Insurance uses them. If you are good enough to make the USAA subcontractor list, then you are good enough for me. No B.S. 100% Trustworthy, Professional, and Capable! Use them!

The staff was friendly and professional and the customer service was above and beyond. They did a great job on my repair and finished it a week before I expected to get it back. I would 100% recommend Caliber to anyone that needs repairs.

I was really pleased with the customer service that Caliber provided during a stressful time for me. Text updates almost daily and calls from the service agent frequently with status. They towed my vehicle directly to their facility on Research Ct, and I was able to go in same day and have it appraised. I wish I remembered the name of the employee who helped me that day, she was fantastic and honest. From there it was sent to this location to be worked on. There was a delay in parts, and I was without my vehicle for two months, but Geno kept me updated (and sane haha). My car looked amazing when I picked it up, and I am really grateful to everyone at caliber who worked on it. They also provide a lifetime warranty on work and will repair the vehicle if something goes wrong with their work which really gives me peace of mind. Thank you Geno and team! Also the after photo is after I have used the car and driven it. It's as good as new!
