I have only used an auto parts store about 3 times in the last 4 years. But I found a new "go to" place that I feel comfortable recommending to family and friends. I stopped in to buy break pads and routers. Ira was very helpful in selecting the right pair for our leased Toyota. When I was about to pay, a torrential rain came down, rattling the windows. That reminded me that I needed a set of wipers (front and back). IRA gave me three options and made a suggestion as to what would fit my needs. Then he offered to INSTALL them in the rain. I said, "It's raining". He responded with a smile, and said, "I have a hoodie!". He had them replaced in under two minutes! Way to go IRA! I've already mentioned the service to two family members! Thanks for delivering GREAT customer service!

I bought windshield wipers and a steering wheel cover for my car and Jayden installed both for me. They were both a huge pain (I tried to do the steering wheel cover on my own and windshield wipers required tools) and he persisted and got both installed for me. That feels above and beyond service wise to me. Thank you!!

Came on a Sunday they had maybe 5 or 8 employees running the front needed help with installing a rain guard. Only one young man came to help regardless how easy it was. Friendly staff allowed my puppy in the store. Otherwise Kyle seemed to be grumpy when I asked how to put it on he’s needs a better approach when a customer ask a question because he made me feel like a idiot when I’m just seeking help as anew customer. I’ll probably go to advance auto next door instead.

With help from the motivated and friendly staff I bought 2 ounces of touch up paint for my Octane blue Mitsubishi Lancer SE which is the limit amount they'll make and only took around 15 min to make and made on site.
