I heard a strange noise coming from my Mazda so I stopped by South Burlington Mazda. Even though I did not have an appoinment they got me right in to take care of a warranty item. They provide a video from the Service Tech explaining the work performed. Excellent service department and friendly staff!

Love Mazda so much. I live 2 hrs from the closest dealership but every time I go, the experience is great! They gave me a quote over the phone and it was true to how much it actually was. Also love that Mazda sends you a video of the tech looking at your car and shows you what’s going on with it before they start any service. Ladies working in the service department desks are always kind and listen to everything you have to say about the concerns you have with your car. Love coming here just wish I lived closer.
