Horrible service. Spent 177$ on a battery and someone started to install it then they left right after starting then helping another customer I think is their friend and showing each other their phones and laughing while I'm just sitting here needing a battery in my car. The only other employee has been in one person's car for over 40 minutes talking to them. The hood isn't even popped open. This is horrible horrible service and where my battery is part way out I am trapped here until one of these two decides to get back to helping me. I would have already taken my money to advance auto parts but like I said I am trapped here because of them.

In there for nothing more than window wipe. These guys will treat you like you're purchasing the store, nice people, knowledgeable and ready with an intelligent suggestion as to your next move. I enjoy it every time I go in to O'Reilly's in Boone's Creek!!

This to recognize Ed at this store. I bought oil for my truck. I always do everything for my vehicles. My truck is tall and I am short. I have always climbed on the bumper to add oil. My health has deteriorated to the point that I couldn't do that today. When I asked Ed for help, he immediately did it for me and was friendly and professional during it all . I am SO favorable impressed! This us now my favorite auto parts store.

My husband and I went there to purchase brakes for our car and Stephen was the one who helped us, he had them ready when we walked in to get them after my husband spoke to him on the phone. When we paid for the brakes Stephen came outside with us and saw how bad our rotor was on the passenger side of the car and he told my husband I am not letting y’all leave like that and he went back inside the store and came out with a rotor he purchased for us because we didn’t have the money for anything but the brakes. We want to let people know how nice and kind hearted this gentleman was too us and how much he helped us out by doing that for us because he didn’t have too buy a rotor for our car. This goes to show you good people are still left in the world. They are just far and in between now days. Stephen we hope you see this review and know how much we appreciate what you did for us.
