Purchased a socket and not even 30 minutes later tried to return it because it had broken and was told because they did not ask me for a phone number when I purchased it that they could not return it when it was clearly the store brand and brand new still. Will not be shopping at any O'Reilly stores ever again there are better parts stores out there that honor their own Brands without needing a receipt or warranty when it was clearly the store brand with the tags still on it
