The cashier A on Saturday, March 8 at around 5:30 PM PT took my cash, entered the wrong number into the register, and then got confused. I handed him over $100 in cash and he only entered in half of that number. He was supposed to give me over $40 in change and only handed me 8 cents. I asked what happened and he panicked and handed me thirty dollars. He should have handed me another $6 after that but he seemed to already be confused after doing the numbers wrong a third time. I regret not counting it again before I left.

Worst customer service at this location. Old asian lady gave me attitude the whole time making sly comments and hiding behind her manager that said absolutely nothing about how this lady was talking. Making sly remarks hiding behind her monitor. She looked real dumbfounded when the manager found my order in their system that she refused to search for. Provided a confirmation for my order but my order still wasn't completed. The order was placed on 12/31/24 and was supposed to be completed on 1/6/25. I must have interrupted an important conversation as the lady refused to even check the confirmation number or look up the order that was placed. The manager looked up the order and was surprised to see that it was in the system. He was talking to her about how he didn't approve of the order to be completed when the items missing on my order was pulled from the shelf on their floor. I understand if you're unhappy with your bs job but there's no need to act out on a paying customer.

Saved me when i had a crazy car breakdown in Hayward. The caring, knowledgeable, supportive staff are really outstanding. I am especially thankful to Jesus, who did amazing problem-solving with me over a complex breakdown and helped me find all the right stuff while cheering me up a lot with his friendly & professional manner. Everything worked out perfectly (with lots of stories to tell for sure, lol, but perfectly). The exterior is shady, which is a big plus for an auto parts store. When you walk out of a parts store into bright sun, it can be subtly exhausting, adding to the stress of a broken vehicle. The shade here is appreciated. Selection at all auto parts stores seems to be a bit on the low side right now. That seems to be true everywhere. All in all I rate this location very highly, due to its overall vibe and awesome staff!!! Mahalo!
