Horrible service. At this store the male workers treat you badly if your a woman customer. The cashier guy was rude. I had bought car battery from this store. Two months later the battery failed. When I went back to that store on Jackson Street Hayward, the manager gave me an extremely hard time. He told me to go somewhere else to get the old battery taken out. He told me to walk back to their store with the old battery then he may give me the new battery. He told me they still won't install the new one. This store service is extremely horrible.

Very intelligent and polite employees with excellent customer service but the assistant manager is rude . She doesn't treat customers properly and doesn't talk to them properly If we need something, other employees will help us find it‌ . But I saw her several times but she never helped anyone . I give three stars only because of her rudeness.
