Today I visited this location. My daughter had knocked the driver's side mirror off her car. I purchased the wrong kind of Gorilla tape, took it home and tried to peel off what I thought was the backing for two-sided tape. Unsuccessful, I returned to the store for help. The same clerk that I purchased the tape from just 38 minutes before waited on me. Clerk asked me for a receipt and I had accidentally picked up an older receipt for a quart of oil and a wiper blade...from the same location. He said that the problem he had with the refund was that my receipt indicated the purchase of the oil and blade, no tape. So, I drove back home, returned with the proper receipt and tried to secure my refund. He seemed to be studying my debit card number and I asked him what was the problem. He said he had never seen the sequence of the last four numbers before...they were sequential. At this point I was fed up and I said...look, I was just here 38 minutes ago, you sold me the item and are personally refunding it. I then said "Out of dignity and professionalism I need to leave now without saying anything more." He muttered as I was leaving...I'm sorry you had a bad situation.

Matthew was a great help yesterday. Check engine light came on and the code reader diagnosed it as a faulty mass air flow sensor. Matthew took the time to show me how to remove it and how to clean it. Problem solved! He also looked up the part on their website and let me know the cost of the sensor and that they could get it within a day, if needed. Great customer service!
