"CUSTOMERS BEWARE" if i could I would give zero stars tho the work on my vehicle was completed but when they provided a loaner vehicle for me I went on there words instead of double checking before i left there business THERE WAS "NO COVERAGE ON THE VEHICLE AND NO REGISTRATION!! Or updated tag.I COULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED MY LICENSE TAKEN AWAY AND THIER VEHICLE IMPOUNDED!!

Horrible establishment. Took a vehicle in for work and asked to get a quote before working on it. Eventually got a few things done to it and said it runs but it runs rough. Showed up with a freaking tow truck driver and there wasn't a damn battery in it and we paid for a battery. Was told they would get it replaced in 5 minutes and 40 mins later they finally showed up with a battery. The short brunette in the office was ,"on the phone" as I was trying to get her to confirm that there was a battery on the way. Eventually a tech rolled up and "handed" me a battery after the toe truck driver was pissed bc it was sulpose to be ready. I ended up tipping the tow truck driver $20 and didn't hear anything from management. Won't ever use these people again. Unprofessional and the parking lot entrance sucks anyways.

To say I was satisfied with the service I received at Minnie’s Auto Repair would be a gross understatement. It was beyond any expectations I had going there for my first visit. I was greeted promptly when I came in for a scheduled oil change. They had all my info from the appointment I set up so things were ready to go. I sat down to wait in what had to be the nicest appointed lobby of any shop I’d been in. It was quiet except for the TV going ( in a separate area of the lobby no less in case you would rather sit quietly across the room ) which was at an appropriate volume. The folks at the reception desk could be heard every now and then but it was still nothing disturbing. I almost caught a nap in the 20 min or so while i waited for the service to be completed. What I could hear from reception though was perhaps the most detailed explanation of what was going on with a customers car. The service tech and manager ( I’m assuming ) actually listened to the customer on the phone ( there were breaks in the phone conversation so again it seemed like some positive listening was going on. ). I was probably paying more attention to the couple conversations I could hear but I’m a technical person by nature so it was interesting to hear them tailor the explanation and remedy to whatever level the customer on the other end could understand. There didn’t seem to be any hard selling going on. As a matter of fact, they offered to break up the service for a customer into small bite sized pieces so it was less overwhelming. Something I’ve not had the pleasure of hearing any shop I’ve been to really do. My wait came to an end, I paid and was on my way. I’ll be back with both of my cars for my future service needs.
