Staff was not welcoming at all. 2 staff members helping one guy who walked in 30 seconds before me, the other staff member was busy in the back. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not a word said to me. I went over to look for a car battery and didn't see the one in the racks that was for my wife's car, so back to the counter for 2 more minutes with no hello be right with you so I left.

I took a battery that was purchased on an account that had been closed out. The first representative told me I had to go to the store that it was purchased from that he didn't show the purchase & couldn't help without a receipt. I went to the Monroe St store and the associate dove in deep and found the purchase history and replaced the bad battery.
