Even thought there were about 5 employees in the store, and only 1 other customer, it took me almost 10 min to get checked out. Adding insult to injury, I could hear the other employees speaking to each other in the back. Have had bad experiance at this location before.

Tried to get a part, they order it, said it'd be there by a certain date, then called and left a vm telling me that they didn't have it in stock but they could order it a different way and it would be more money and be later getting there so I agreed to that, then they never called to tell me it's in, went up there in person for them to tell me they sent it back because it wasn't paid for, told them I ordered over phone and was told to pay upon picking up and they never told me it had arrived, they tried to say they never call people when their order arrives..told them that's not what they told me when I placed the order. They said they could order it again and it would be here by today, got home and within 2 hours they called to to tell me that they didn't have it in stock and didn't know when it would be here. I'm giving 3 stars because I do love O'Reilly's auto parts I have a commercial account there they seem like good nice people with that being said I need parts a lot being in the car business and there's a lot of times I mean a lot of times I will call to see if a part is available and I literally can get no help I am asked to be put on hold and nobody ever comes back to the phone and this happens a lot. I'll even wait 15, 30 minutes sometimes and still get the same treatment can't get help or see if a part is in stock. I've learned when this happens I just call the Dallas location and go there instead. Seems like a such a successful business should have more help more people able to answer phones and thus help customers find parts etc.... this would make O'Reillys more money and make customers especially their commercial customers happy. I am a customer that comes for parts multiple times a week sometimes multiple times a day and this should be fixed.

O'Reily didn't let me down went to auto zone and advanced auto parts both said their starter checker machine 'didn't work' but went in O'Reliy they said they would check my starter no problem
