These people don't know what their doing. The system said they had a certain part on the shelf. The cashier was having a hard time finding the part and I was kind of looking over the counter on the aisles trying to see if I could see it. And this child said you can come back here and help me look if you want to. Like behind the counter but since she said I could I did. Lol we couldn't find the part then they put my core charge from an alternator back on a business account even though I paid in cash. I don't know, maybe they're just new and not trained as well but that's a short version of what I've come across here.

This is my ONLY go to stop for parts in Lincolnton!! The other parts stores SUCK!! The only thing I wish is that they would actually pay good to keep the people they have now, alot of good people have worked there but left for greener pastors but I hope they will keep the people they have now!! NO I have never worked for advance auto but that is my only stop in my hometown but sometimes I go elsewhere when they have non smart people working there but PLEASE keep the people there now and pay them to stay!! They are amazing to deal with and they know what they are doing!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORTH THEIR WHILE TO STAY!!

My son in-law bought a $300 alternator from this location due to me being broken down 30 miles away because he believed that was my issue with my car, I was on the phone when he was purchasing it and made sure for him to ask if he could return the part. He was told yes as long as it was not applied to the vehicle. So my son arrives and we realize this part was not the issue, so when we arrived home he decided to go and return the part, the nerve of this store told my son that he could not return it because it was an electric alternator only he could exchange it for something else, so he called two days later to ask about exchanging it for the parts I needed and obviously that was a no. So I told my son to try and go to the dallas location to return it so he did, he received his full refund and also was told that the alternator was in fact not electric. I don't know why this store decided to do this to my son, I believe it was completely unprofessional and unnecessary for this to happen to him!!! 馃槨馃槨馃槨

The gentleman that help me tonight was very helpful. I went to pay for the item and it rang up almost 15$ more than what was display,he checked the numbers on the item and on the tag on display and went to talk with the manager.
