I've used Davis bros numerous times over the years to work on my family's vehicles and I've always been pleased with the work and pricing. Their only shortcoming has been with rude, unbusinesslike communication from female staff that answers phone at counter.

Good people, horrible business. There was a clicking noise in my dash when I took it to be fixed and now the ac runs hot and the heat runs cold and they will not answer or return my calls after hanging up on me when I told them it’s not fixed!!! But when I was there they said come back it’s under warranty!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere that will actually fix your car!

Davis Brothers are great people to work with and they're honest. Recently Cloninger Ford in Hickory quoted me $3,500.00 to replace the entire clutch on a 2016 Ford Focus that was having some occasional issues with shaking. It's one of those manual/straight drive transmissions. We thought it was still under warranty but it wasn't. So, I brought it to Davis Brothers. They evaluated the car and said they couldn't find anything wrong and they didn't see a need to replace the clutch. I saved $3,500.00 because, I was dealing with an honest mechanic.
