They are WONDERFUL @ O'REILLY auto in Menifee Ca. Brandon helped me out so much!! I purchased a headlight and blinker bulb for my car @ O'REILLY. My husband is disabled and I am unable to install as well. So Brandon came outside to my vehicle and installed Both for me! I purchased a rear blinker bulb a year ago as well from O'REILLY auto, and an employee installed that one as well!! 🤩Thank you Brandon! Thank you O'REILLY Auto 🛺 👍💯

My car would not start earlier today. I called Auto Zone and O’Reillys. While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned. I appreciate the patience, questions answered and overall exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Why would anyone go to Auto Zone when you can come here and be taken care by knowledgeable ,professional ,and caring sales people that know what they are doing and getting it done
