Sold the wrong oil filter for my vehicle. Noticed the wrong part after dumping the old oil. Hat to use new oil and old oil filter. Have to start over again. They did it right and gave me a new filter and oil. Manager is worthless and rude. Told me when I called I’ve should asked for the manager. I don’t know how they operate and who to talk to and who not. Definitely not going back to that store. -1 customer !

I'm pretty sure that I've already shared my experience on here with having a battery tested and changed and how the particular individual who worked with me needed to erase but my phone is asking me how was O'Reilly's Auto parts? So I'm answering the question again. I had a phenomenal experience and I guess that's really about it

Love this store. The evening weekday staff are helpful and quick to check in with you when you come me in to the store. When I have ordered parts I have been able to pick them up same day. Always have the tools, fluids, and random stuff I need in store
