One star because I visited this location and got 5ft of bulk fuel hose. Before I had them cut it I asked if I could return it if not the right size and the employee said yes no problem. So decided to have him cut 5ft of another size as well since I wasn't quite sure of the size I needed. Turns out nether were correct so went to return both and get the right size and was told they can't return them once they cut it. So now I'm out $34 bucks! Had I not asked about returning I would not have got any until I made sure exactly what I needed.

Ordered a product. Paid shipping to have delivered on certain date. Did not show. They are not even sure if it will be here the following day. Now I have to pay $250 to have my employees stay an extra day in hotels! Rediculous. Said they would call me, and never even did. Had to call right before they closed to be told my part never showed up.... never go here or trust these guys if you are in need of prompt service. O'Reillys is my favorite just not a fan of the workers at this location. Well if you need to count on them anyways. I actually wound up out of pocket $350 having my employees stay an extra night when all they had to do was give us a call to say it wasn't coming in time......
