I usually go to OReillys , & decided to stop in today instead & honestly wasn't impressed. The customer service wasn't exactly up to par. I shouldn't have to stand there for more than a minute (the only customer at the counter) & then still have to grab the attention of the 2 employees sitting on the computer. I understand they were busy doing something, but in my experience of retail, making customers wait when it's not necessary is frowned upon? Could be wrong. Just felt the whole thing was kinda rude... I suppose I'll go back to Oriellys.

This is by far the best place to go for anything you need for auto parts & I had the most EXCEPTIONAL experience every thanks to Ronald & Kerrie!!! As a female & not knowing much they went above & beyond to help me! I was soooo grateful that I went and got cookies for the whole staff. I've been going here for years and will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much & God bless!!!!!

Lacie and Carrie were fantastic. This will be my go to location moving forward. Very patient with me and educated me on what the problem was, options to fix it and what the exact cost would be. Carrie went out of her way to make sure I was happy. AutoZone is very lucky to have Carrie on their team.

I was broke down at this auto parts store and Luke James an employee there helped me fix my vehicle he is the most polite employee that I have ever dealt with and most helpful I will surely tell all my friends if they need parts to go to this auto zone the most helpful people I have ever met .
