Waited in line for 30 minutes on a Sunday to get paint and was told there's only 1 guy that does paint and isn't there usually. Kid couldn't even look at us, he was so ashamed. Dont come here for paint.

Amazing service. I wasn't able to get the order I needed online so I went inside the store and staff was absolutely awesome. I was able to get my windshield wiper blades replaced and the staff helped me out with no problem. I wish I knew the younger gentleman's name he was so kind and helpful thank you all so much.

UPDATE Aug 2024: I've been here twice in past two days and it was a way better experience than in the past. Quinton helped me the first day and was super helpful. Camille helped the second day and was a rock star running two registers at a time because there was such a huge line but they got through it quick. This was a very nice change from past experiences. Hope it keeps going this way!

So I was in yesterday for an issue with my 2018 chevy Silverado...I wanted to get it scanned...A young man by the name of Matt acknowledged me right away told me it would be a minute let me help some customers first "completely understandable " not only was he competent but this guy should be a manager or higher...the way he was composed and focused and still able to multitask really sets him apart....please O'Reilly reward him

Customer service is great. But their parts are junk. I absolutely hate giving a poor review. But I have never bought parts from these guys and not had to return them because the part was defective in some manner. The quality just isn't there. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Auto Zone is the only place I go to anymore.
