They were very good and polite could tell there good with there customers. A old lady came in while I was waiting for my car she needed something fix they did it for her for free. That was amazing they have really good customer service. And there prices are very good. I would definitely go there again and strongly recommend them for anything.

Service was great. Claudia was quick to set up service. Jordan was a great communicator, he was the main person I talked too and answered my questions great communicator. When I had a confused look on my face he explained and showed me in detail the answer to my question.

10 stars if i could, ive always been cautious on where i take my car and im glad i chose the right people at jensen to check out my car they’re informative, patient and efficient and made sure to touch base with me every step of the way i look forward to working with them in future repairs

I went to Jensen on the recommendation of my mechanic at Omaha Car Care. I had hit a deep culvert that had caused a knot on the side of my tire. Within 24 hours, my tire was losing pressure. I stopped by Jensen and ask them if they could replace the tire right away. Much to my relief, and even though I heard them scheduling service for several days out, they were immediately accommodating. Within an hour and a half, I was on my way with a new tire and without any pressure to buy more than one. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed and will recommend them at every opportunity!
