Absolutely amazing customer service from Randy, Randy was working on stocking inventory and answering calls when I came in on a Saturday at 11:38 am, Randy was busy… and I could see that he was busy. I needed a little bit of advice for doing an oil change, and Randy assisted me by putting his current projects aside, and not only did he have an amazing attitude even though he was taken from his current task, what amazed me was the tender loving care in the response for the accurate information I needed. This man deserves to be working where he is truly appreciated!!! You can tell some people are so stuck up in their own life that they are not open to serve others, this man goes far above and beyond… But to do it with a happy attitude, joyful heart and a smile on his face, that is priceless!!! My life has been blessed Meeting Randy!

Went in to look at some spark plug wires walked in and didn’t see any staff but heard some joking around behind the wall at the end of the store. Walked all the way to the front and finally saw a worker on the phone and he didn’t acknowledge me or call anyone up so I left. Great customer service smh

Had battery changed in my 2020 jeep renegade and the girl mechanic was awesome! Also had new employee out in the heat learning !! Great job! Thank you so much!!

Probably one of the worst places to buy stuff at. I had bought an item on Friday, and forgot to grab it on my way out. I don't usually come out this way, so I called and said I forgot the item. The guy told me that id have to come in on the weekend to pick it up since those are the days he works (it's like a $5-$10 item, and I'd be paying the same amount in gas to go get it). Told him I can't, I'd be able to later in the week, and he refused to write down my name or take information. I show up on Tuesday since I'm passing through, and there was a person there who was there on Friday. Guy refuses to let me explain, even with my receipt in my pocket, and my bank statement. Another older guy working behind the counter decided to butt in and be rude as well, telling me to "stop arguing" and leave, when I hadn't even been able to talk yet. What a terrible freaking store. Despite me doing any and all car repair purchases here (around $100-$700 a month) this is not something I should have to deal with for a cheap item. I'm going to switch to Autozone, or something else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
