I cam in on a Sunday morning for some help. There was this young girl that helped me with a bright smile named Danielle. There was a line of customers in the store. And she was the only employee there. I am worried that they have only one female in the store to help people most businesses have two people in the store no matter what for safety reasons. She had a positive attitude and was professional. She needs a raise!!!

Don’t seem give a shit on helping you had them look up I part for my car so they couldn’t look it up unless I gave them the part number then told me to go to the hub store or I should go to AutoZone and I’m a commercial account holder thought about pulling both of my commercial accounts

Got most of what I needed but they gave me one wrong part as one of the 4 items purchased. Not completely their fault tho. Myself and mechanic should have found the mistake before starting. It ended up being an extremely hard part to get from almost a dozen parts places including the dealership. Had to wait 3 "business days for shipping" all worked out in the end! Audi's.. sheesh Maintenance is insane on them and that's the only reason I do not recommend one, everything else is great!

The guy named Nick that works here is absolutely the G.O.A.T Every time I come in, he’s so extremely nice to me even though I have really weird and horrible problems. The store is always so clean, but people are so friendly. I could not recommend a better auto parts store.

Went in with my roommate to get a new car battery. Griffen found the appropriate car battery immediately, and then changed the battery on the car himself. Very friendly, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks Griffen.
