I'm so glad I called Simbol Auto Glass instead of going to the first place I thought of to get a small chip in my windshield repaired. Simbol was half the price of the other places I checked. The owner Gus was super friendly on the phone and in person. They were able to get the chip repaired within 10 minutes. Excellent service and friendly place - I recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Had the rear glass smashed in my 2021 Durango. Was quoted 525.00 and a 7 day wait through another auto glass company. I called Simbol and was quoted just over half that amount. Joe was extremely professional and had my rear glass installed the following day! They did a fantastic job and used real parts. Cannot even tell it was ever broken. I highly recommend Simbol!

Unbelievable!! The service was truly excellent , beat other quotes for price! I they accommodated a desperate request for a last minute appointment the day before Thanksgiving !!! Also did an additional repair !! No sweat !! I would highly recommend Symbol!

I had a very pleasant experience getting my windshield replaced. My quote was fast and cheap, they called to inform me about my car multiple times. A quality installation only took a few hours. Fantastic & friendly customer service. I know two others who have used Simbol and they have been pleased as well.

I couldn't get my service done because the guy there wanted to go home for the day it was Saturday ok I understand. I called back Monday morning he quoted but wouldn't take my cc to order the parts. I said he would call right back. Tuesday afternoon I call again same guy every time. He is sparky now, not wow I messed that up. I asked can you do it now? "No I dont have the parts, do you want to give me the cc number now?" No if you can't get the most important part of building some sort of rapport! I really wanted to use a company that is local and not a large corp. But safelite was less money no deposit and easy to set up. Maybe some training would help

Excellent Service. I brought my Jeep to their shop to replace a cracked windshield. The factory sent a scratched windshield which was inserted before it was noticed. I left for Florida with the vehicle. When I returned, and one year later, Simbol replaced the scratched windshield with a new one. That's what I call customer service !!!
