I’ve been taking my car to these guys for close to a year now whenever issues arise with my vehicle and they’re always so honest and it’s appreciated! From my experience as a female who knows nothing about cars I have been taken advantage of monetarily when needing car repairs but every single time i take my car here they always tell me what I need and could wait on nor do they try to get me for my money they understand what it’s like nowadays and always give it to you straight not to mention their labor rate is great compared to most shops in this area! Highly recommend! :)

I Took my 2013 Beetle Turbo in for a brake job/ oil change. Chris asked me what type of oil I preferred. I knew a rear caliper was seized and figured that needed replacing. My particular car came with the red powder coated ones. I asked Chris if they could get me Hawk Performance brake pads too. I failed to mention rotors but thought someone would call me once they got a good look at the car, as I told him I had just bought it and never had it looked at yet. I left the shop with a good feeling. A few days later I get a call saying that the car is all done and ready to be picked up. I go to pick up the car and speak to Chris only to find out that the Hawk pads I asked about were not ordered, a caliper was installed that did not match the one originally on the car. This one is only painted black, and not powder coated red to match the rest of the car. Chris then has the nerve to tell me to “just paint it” knowing full well it’s powder coated and would need to be uninstalled and disassembled/ reassembled to be done correctly. The caliper is also available online but not from his vendor. I was given duralast brake pads and all 4 rotors which I was not expecting either, making my bill total over $1000. On a side note, the usb port for my phone was pushed in to the dummy button and it seems someone tried to hot glue it back on but the first time I went to plug in my phone after getting the car it popped the glue off. It was loose but not like that before. I just wish I got a courtesy call about the work being done and what parts were being ordered prior to installation because I am particular about what parts get put on my vehicles and would have rather waited or took the car to someone who could get me a matching caliper. Having 3 a different color than one is very annoying and aesthetically distasteful. For a shop that displays all kinds of modified cars outside you would think that attention to detail would be important to the work being put out. Any mechanic can do a brake job so if you care about the parts going on your car then you may want to go somewhere else other than a shop trying to make a quick buck. He said he would “hook me up with an oil change” next time
