He is taking care of all insurance requirements. Everything is going very smoothly. Excelent experience with Dave. I would recommend this body shop to anyone needing their services.

Really happy with my experience using this shop, I've always heard good things about them but thankfully never needed auto body work done on my car. Unfortunately I was rear ended but Helm's made a crappy situation very easy, seamless and got my car back in perfect shape, couldn't reccomend them more, Dave and everyone else were all very friendly, thank you guys again!

I wish I could give no stars. After dealing with associate, Dave.... and then reading all the negative reviews with mentioning of Dave, I don’t see how he still works there. My husband called several times to make an appointment, they told him just come in... no appointment needed. When he drove the 40 minutes to the station, old friendly Dave (sarcastic about friendly) just laughed in his face and said we have no time to even look, we are busy. How do you conduct a business? How are you guys still in business? Our money works everywhere, so we will be spending and telling everyone else to go else where. So unprofessional.

Beyond exceeded my expectations! I had been in two back to back accidents within the past few months, one of which I was rear ended and nobody would take my vehicle in without making me wait months on end to get seen. Not only did they take me within two weeks a few days before Christmas but they made sure they fixed the car immediately for me including things that weren’t even caused by the accident like new wiper blade, the pin stripe on the entire right side and organized my messy trunk from Christmas gifts stored and waxed/washed the car for me with no extra charge! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a service that takes pride in perfection and the care of their customers especially in an immensely stressful time! Thank you guys again so much, beyond appreciative!!! 🥰

Worst customer service ever! I've never written a review before, but was so compelled to after the terrible experience I had. Dave was so nasty and rude! Several times he cancelled on me without notice, so I would show up and then was told he didnt have time. The last time, I called an hour beforehand to make sure we were good. I get there, he said he's too busy (I only needed a couple screws put it, would take 5 min). I ask very nicely to put something on the books and he yells "no! If you dont like it, get out!" I was shocked by this, but chose the high road. Even though I should be furious he refused service so many times and spoke to me like that. Just left and said he was very rude, while he's still yelling at me for no reason. Very confusing and uncomfortable situation.
