I stopped at Mavis for an oil change and figured I have them take care of my inspection while I was there. BIG mistake. They failed my car inspection for 4 bad brakes and wipers. Said, they'd be able to take care of everything for the low price of...$1000. Nope. Stopped at Kost, where I had the brakes replaced not too long ago. They had a good chuckle. Checked (and even showed me) the brakes. They were practically new. They did an inspection on the spot and a half hour and a little more than $30 dollars later my car is fully inspected until 2026. Thank you very much guys! Greatly appreciated.

I called today at 12 PM and asked if I could bring my car in for an inspection. Chris said yes we can do that. Even said I could wait for it. I said ok. A minute after that, He called me 3 times. I returned the call and this is after I said who I was , he said we can’t do that for you. So now a buisness decides to pick and choose who they want to help. I have had issues with this place in the past and still continuing to rip you off or refuse to do the inspection. Lost in milford don’t go.

My usual inspection station. But the staff here has gone out of their way more than once to accommodate me when I needed an unexpected repair for my car, allowing me to stop in when they're already busy & making the necessary tweak my car needed to get back on the road immediately. And they're polite! If you're in need of tires, inspection or repair, definitely give them a try.

I brought my 2020 Dodge Ram in for a slow leak in a tire. I left with 4 new tires and a needed alignment. All good so far. When I got home I checked the paperwork and the alignment was listed as my 2018 Silverado. I called and spoke with the manager. I asked him if the specs were different. He checked my paperwork, I told him I was bringing it in to be realigned. He said no problem he'd get me right in. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes now and it's still outside in the parking lot. Needless to say I WON'T be back !!!

I would like to say to John at Milford Kost in the front was very knowledgeable, and helped me to fix some minor cosmetic issues with my car and even though I didn’t have an appointment, he was able to fit me in and he ultimately did the work himself. I really appreciated all of his attention to detail, and hard work.
