5 Stars Excellent customer service! Jim at the front desk handled multiple customers effortlessly during my visit, showing patience and professionalism throughout. Mike, the manager, was incredibly personable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was especially impressed when both Jim and Mike shared a heartfelt moment with a customer by giving her a big hug because she was so satisfied with the service. That level of care and kindness is rare and truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Jim and Mike, for making my experience (and many others’) absolutely the best!

Service was outstanding. Jim & Tim the technician went out of their way to accommodate me. I went in there thinking I needed a new tire and they could have made the sale. The tech found I only needed a plug. He saved me a lot of money. Not too many places out there that would do that. I would trust them to any of my friends and family. Great job guys. Worst experience ever. To any person wanting to buy tires go somewhere else or a different NTB. The Independence location are Crooks. I had bought 4 new tires from them back in August 2023. I had a flat and needed assistance and the tow truck driver helped me change the tire and having previously worked at Firestone I’ve patched tires I saw the nail in the tire and myself and the tow truck driver both agreed it’s repairable. Took my car to NTB, I had the warranty on nails in tire. They tell me it’s not repairable and wouldn’t show me the tire for me to see instead they show me on a tire that’s on display. They said they had my tire in stock and i didn’t want any mismatches well the next day I saw that wasn’t true. They put an Arroyo on instead of my other three I had which was National Touring A/S. I called corporate explained to them the situation how I thought it was repairable and the Regional person sent me photos saying “They knew you would call and set your tire aside and sent me photos of your tire”. The photo wasn’t even of my tire. The tire in photo was a Road Hugger not National Touring A/S and if you look closer in the tire you’ll see mine are P225 55R17, the tire in photo is P215 55 and size as you can see is scratched out. After another phone call and pointing that out this wasn’t my tire the Regional person ordered same matching one to be sent to store and said it would be there by tomorrow and they would refund me. He stated they will call you when it’s at the store and schedule you a time. 3 days went by and no calls. I finally call and they said they literally just got it 30mins ago and I set up a time to get swapped out. I go in yesterday to get it swapped out and they did not give me my refund because that morning the system went down and they can’t do refunds. I find that odd especially if other people are paying by credit cards and your me telling me you’re card machine is down and you can’t do a refund? Even being back in the store they were rude to me, basically calling me out saying he’s the one who called corporate on us over his tire and if he wants his refund he will have to wait or maybe he will call corporate again and get it that way. Very unprofessional, embarrassing for me, they stated they would call me when system is back up for refund. So far no phone call. So please everyone be aware and forewarned. As you can see in the photos the tires aren’t Road Hugger and they have the Arroyo which isn’t the National Touring A/S. Repairable tires they won’t show you, systems go down the day they knew you were coming in to get refund and 3 days with no word on your tire and you call and it literally just got there??? It’s very sketchy and crooked in my opinion. The fact they still haven’t given me my refund speaks volumes. Crooks.

Great service and friendly. I stopped by without an appointment for a slow leak in one of my tires. Alyssa took care of me right away, got the car looked at immediately. I had the tires put on a year earlier at the same location and they delivered them faster than quoted. Highly recommend.

Great service. I went in for a couple estimates for my truck and the lady Alyssa at the front desk was very helpful. With great prices and great service. I ended up getting everything done on the spot due to how friendly and knowledgeable she was. I would definitely go back!

When I got a bolt in my tire, Alyssa was able to get me all set up, and had no problem adding the tire rotation and oil change I'd been meaning to do while I was already here, even within an hour of closing time.
