Hilltop Garage

Its out finally! After 3 separate companies bailed and 1 failed, hiltop garage came through with the right set up and got me out in 10 minutes. I had my 97 work bed gmc 2500 stuck in the snow on the side of a raised driveway. One company came with a 1500 and a chain and just got me more stuck. One company showed up and said "we have to go get the bigger truck" and never came back. Two other companies never showed up. I had called hilltop and got on their list. When they called back i was waiting on "the bigger truck" from the other company that never showed. I had told them someone was on their way but asked to stay on the list just in case. 2 hours later the big truck never showed and hilltop called me back to check on me. I was blown away at the level of customer service and they were here in 10 minutes and had me out in another 10! The driver joe is the man at his job and knew exactly what to do to get me out quickly and efficiently. Hilltop is making a lot of money on him and i think he deserves a raise! Thanks again joe!

This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. They called and told me they found all of it on the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!

Thank you so much for fixing my car! I’ll never forget to change my oil again lol. You guys did amazing it’s running brand new and my radio works it hasn’t in 2 years! So hype and appreciate the work that was done. Very nice people too!

Friend was in an accident and when went to get his things out of the car, they were extremely nice and very helpful. They even let us go home to pick up some tools to get his radio out. First good experience with a tow company. I’ll def remember their name

Nice courteous tow truck company had the car towed to their lot because I was too far from home for it to be taken there after hitting pothole and bending my rim and messing up the Tire, the next day went to auto junkyard and got another rim and tire for car. PS forgot to put spare tire back in the car last week, when I was cleaning it out. but I needed a rim and tire anyway since it was kaput
