Great place to take your car, I use Northwest Auto for almost all my repairs. The service is exceptional and their prices are fair. They even took my car without an appointment when i discovered a coolant leak after I got to my office, and had it repaired the same day. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

We wouldn't go anywhere else for car repairs. Northwest Auto is reliable, charge very reasonable prices for their labor and parts, and will work hard to get your repair done on a timely basis. They have saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars from getting repairs done at the dealer. Thank you for great service!

I paid Northwest Auto to inspect a diesel truck that I was considering purchasing. While I found them very friendly, I learned that they did not do a very thorough job with their inspection. I was told that the only thing was minor - there was a bit of oil seepage - and it was something that was completely normal for a 6 year old truck and wouldn't need addressed any time soon. I don't know very much about these things, so that's why I was willing to pay for their professional opinion. I bought the truck and 2 days later it was at a diesel shop in my hometown, 13 hours away. The diesel shop said it needs $10,000+ in it for necessary repairs. That doesn't mention other small things. I completely understand Northwest Auto not catching all of the issues with this truck, but it's hard to believe some of these were missed. Here are the issues that Northwest Auto did not catch/mention: Broken A/C, Power lock on driver door, no fuel cap, large oil leak at the drain tube, ticking noise caused by exhaust/compression leak around an injector (all injectors need replaced), both headlights need replaced because the piece connecting them to the truck snapped (on both sides), and idler arm, pitman arm, and inner/outer tie rods are loose needing replaced. I'm sure that Northwest Auto does a very good job with regular auto maintenance work, but I would not use them again for a pre-purchase inspection.
