They were quick to address the issues with my vehicle and very clear on how it would be managed and corrected. It’s so hard to find an auto shop that u can trust! A couple weeks ago I got a flat tire and John helped me with finding a person to tow my vehicle and took my car in right away and was finished the same day. I was amazed!! I went back in for more tires recently and he had them done and my car ready in an hour. I’m so glad I found a new trustworthy place for my car. And so thankful for John for helping me with everything!! 🙂

In a world where honest, hard-working individuals are a true commodity, John and Teresa Kalla at Kallabrate Auto Repair are good people doing quality work at a fair price. They genuinely care about their customers, take pride in their work, and give back to the community that supports to them. I have always told my kids that an honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. I've got my mechanic. Now, if I could just find a plumber and a contractor...🤔

We took a used minivan we were looking to purchase here for an inspection. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The gentleman we spoke with gave us a detailed rundown of the pros and cons of the car and discussed the value of the car with the few issues he found in the inspection. We were astounded at the level of care we received at this shop. He didn’t even end up charging us for the inspection, which was so unexpected and kind. If you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable shop, this is the one for you. We definitely recommend!

This guy was great. He was honest. Gave me an answer I did not want to hear regarding my car (head gasket), however, he did not try and ring me out for every cent i had. He gave me guidance and his professional opinion on what the best next step would be. I will definitely be going back.

Sometimes, not helping someone, is still helping someone!!!! A quick recognition to John at Kallabrate Auto here in town. We took our son's car to this establishment, first visit, after a quick diagnosis we did not get the news we were hoping for. The car needs a lot of work and what the car value is, the mileage, the year, repairs would not be justifiable. Even if we moved forward, it may or.may not reaolve the inevitable. That being said, John laid out all the information so we could make an educated financial decision. John could have just simply made the repairs with us none the wiser and we could have been facing a larger financial hole. However, he decided to be ethical, transparent, and professional. This is exactly the type of business that is needed in Canal Fulton. Placing needs of customers 1st! Well done Kallabrate and John, our family is thankful for your honesty, and now we hunt for a new vehicle that will be safe for our son. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.
