Took the old 2002 Wideglide in do to a noise in front-end. Worden knew exactly what was going on with it.While he had it I had him look at the carb and he did full oil service as well.Top knotch work at a great price.Taking my wife's sporty in to have service done this week also.Hands down a great guy.

Called to find out if they can change a tire on my motorcycle. Was told as long as they can get the wheel off, they can do it. To make things easier, took the wheel off and brought in with a new tire( takes me 25 min to get to Worden's from where I live.) Was told to wait for a call when it's done and left. Got a call later that they can't do the job - sidewall is too narrow. Drove another 25 min there and found that they attempted to get the old tire off and damaged the powder coating on the wheel in several places. So spent almost 2 hours driving back and forth just to get the wheel damaged.

You are not a number with Duane Worden. Duane is top notch all the way with a wrench, and treats people like people. I had no idea the first time I walked into his shop that I would not only get a great deal and quality work, but also make a long time friend. I recommend Worden's Custom Cycle to everyone I know.
