Very bad. They don't want give my mitsubishi outlander transmission warranty. They want $ 9600 for fix transmission. My car only 81 thousand miles and warranty upto 100 thousand miles. Service center counter person is very tricky. Don't buy any Mitsubishi car. Very bad. I just sold it and loose my money

Oil storage setup so leaks into streets and into watershed, into our oceana. #EPA #DEQ Techs and parts people standing around doing nothing, act all offended to help or be interrupted from said doing nothing; then to only patronize and be dismissive. Does this represent the Kia brand?

Went on Thursday to get our maintenance package done which included fluids check and rotation of tires. When my husband and I noticed they had not rotated the tires (due to a scratch on the rim), we went in person and were told that they had to review the cameras and they would get back to us. Yesterday my husband had to follow up again since they didn't bother to call. We were told to bring it in with no explanation as to why you wouldn't have rotated the tires from the beginning or acknowledging the fact they had not done them. We asked to speak to a manager and he did not even bother to call back. I will be asking for a refund from my bank since this isn't the first time I notice they claim to do a service and "forget" to do it.

They were great in taking care of my Kia Sportage. They told me what needed to be done about how long it would take for the recall and service. This was my second time there and they are awesome!! Clean and refreshments in the waiting room too!! Thank you!!

The manager Alex was super rude and he wasn’t knowledgeable. They make you wait so long and acted like they don’t have time for you. Had my car there for 3 weeks and they didn’t do anything except charge me for having my car there which they failed to inform me of. I had to pay out of pocket. Everyone there are so unprofessional. When I called they barely picked up. Spoke with Cosmo and he said one thing and did something else. Avoid this dealer. They are horrible and they don’t know what they are doing. They just want the money. Waste of time and money. They are a BIG scam!!! Avoid them at any cost! 😞

The service dept is fantastic.. Sean is the best. The dealership not so good by me. Bought a car here robbed me of $1500. Admitted it but still refuse to return my $$ .. said it's the cost of doing business.. working on my 3rd Outlander. Going for #4 soon. But not buying here!!!
