Hands down the best experience ! Not only they tell me but show me what is going on with my car. The amount of information given and the patience when I ask my questions. I will always recommend northstar Kia service center!

I’ve been going to service the car here for the longest with them and being disabled I gotten the best service for my Kia niro. They also are pet friendly and offer free treats and water. Bathroom is large and clean wheelchair accessible. Every day they have coffee ☕️ 🍰 and bread with butter. This new place is nicer then there older one. Also you will receive a free car wash for getting service done here at no extra cost.

The people here wonderful here. Always friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you. Would highly recommend. James always one of the friendly faces that greats me when I come in. Make this your service station, you won't regret it. They also service other makes and models, I own a VW Tiguan SE.

My experience with the service center was better than expected. When you pull up, the garage door automatically opens, you pull in and someone is there to take your car in immediately. The whole place inside is brand new and as clean as a showroom. The person at the desk was very friendly and informative. I think his name was Cosmo? Additional services were offered but not pushed on me. I scheduled a drop off appointment but received a call less than an hour after dropping off saying my car was ready. Couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly. And the fact that they wash your car after every appointment is the icing on the cake. This was my first time there but I will be doing all my service at Northstar from now on!

WORST experience ever!! My car needed an engine replacement, and I submitted all the necessary records for warranty approval. Ronnie, who was handling my case, told me I should receive a decision within two days. On the third day, I called Kia customer service, and they informed me that they had requested additional documentation from the service center technician, but hadn’t received a response. I then called the North Star Kia service center and was told Ronnie was on vacation, and someone else would follow up with me. They never called back. The next day, I had to call again to find out why they hadn't responded to Kia's request even though they’d had a full day to do so. They put me on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me. When I called again, my call was rerouted to the sales department. Thankfully, Karina from sales got someone from the service department to finally call me back with an update. Someone eventually called and said the requested documents had been submitted. They weren’t apologetic at all. It was clear they had set my case aside and only acted when I kept pushing. Instead of taking accountability or apologizing, they treated me like an impatient customer who didn’t understand how the warranty approval process works. All I wanted was transparency and professionalism. What I got was neglect, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care.

I really appreciate the free maintenance service. The staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

It was super fast, and they checked in alot while my recalls got fixed. They went ahead and changed my front light without telling me though, which is not ok. Stating it wasnt working. Charged me $60, handed me a dead bulb. It was for sure working. As someone who checked prior, drove at night past cops night before and literally use my light at night when handling trash on premise, I was dumbfounded. I let it go and paid. But definitely know your car before you pull in and make it clear you dont want any work done without consult.
