WORST service and experience of my life. I went in for a simple inspection of a brand new car and the owner thought he was dealing with an idiot and forced me to buy new parts for my car or he would fail my car for inspection. He thinks just because I’m a female, that I don’t have any experience with maintaining my vehicle and made me pay extra. When I came to pay and disputed the frivolous charges after he passed me for inspection, he automatically threatened to fail me and make me pay the inspection fee anyways. It was very obvious he thought he could pull a fast one on me. They are extremely dishonest and I would never step foot into this shop again. Only reason why I went there to begin with was because my regular mechanic was already closed and my inspection had already expired and this was the closest shop to my home. NEVER AGAIN

Never once an issue and if anything is to be done, im always provided a quote and my confirmation before any work is done. Lots of shady shops in NY trying to pull a fast one but never the issue here. I’m fairly knowledgeable about cars but just too lazy to do my own work.

scammers. i knew i was getting scammed. u lost a customer. honest business brings more people in. as a business owner. hope the owners will fix the management.

Made a date with the manager to do a state inspection on my car. Soon after arrival I'm told that none of the 3 mechanics want to do a state inspection on my car because of a baby animal was lost in my vehicle even though I reassured them its harmless and I'll be there with them. Waste of my time and gave me a false expectation for what would be done. Also, not to mention, it seems as though they don't fill up your oil on an oil change to the full amount that they should. An individual was also complaining that his oil light for his oil level limit was still on and even after being cleared 2 prior times. I would be upset if I had to return to the same shop 3 times for the same issue.
