These guys were contracted by AAA for road service. The initial estimate was 1 hour 15 min. After 2.5 hours, I called to find out the status. They called back half an hour later and promised 90 minutes. The service sent a link with the progress of the tow truck. A 15 minute drive took 30 minutes. when the driver was 2 blocks away, the tow drove to the another area approx 5 blocks away and hung around for another 20 minutes, at that point, the tracking link said thank you for working with us. I called the tow company and was told they went on another tow, and it will be 40 more minutes. After a total of 6 hours of waiting and 2 failed promises, i was not going to give these guys another chance, I called another tow company and got immediate service. I'm not sure what the scam is, but definitely don't bother using them.

I have been coming here for years My mechanic works here. He helped me once with my car in ‘07 and I have been following him since. Mahesh is a great mechanic, honest and just one humble man. My Nissan can’t ask for a better guy to look after it besides me. Look for Mahesh, won’t be disappointed

I love this place! I had 2 experiences with this shop. I called AAA and John came quickly..They fixed my flat tire fast! Then today, Johnny, was so great! He fixed my car troubles and it passed inspection! Johnny went above and beyond and really helped me out. Excellent customer service and Great mechanics!The prices are Good too!

I had 2 great experiences with this company, or more specifically Janothan. My car broke down one late night. I called AAA. Janothan came and towed my car home. The next day, I needed to tow my car to a mechanic. A different towing company came. Man, what a difference! I did not like the other company at all. So, I ask AAA to contact Janothan again. He came and towed my car to a mechanic without any issue. In case you wonder, the front wheel of my car came off, so it was not easy to tow the car without causing further damages. Janothan knew what he was doing and used extra caution, made sure my car was good. I greatly appreciate Janothan's service.

I blew my engine. I was stuck. I called for AAA and John came so fast to tow me to safety. He took his time to park me where I wouldn't get a ticket!! 🥰 thanks and sorry I had no tip money for him:( Great shop!
