My battery was changed and a recall was done . The staff were polite and respectful. Also given ta coupon to get my brakes done in the near future. The cabin filter estimate was a bit pricey but I purchased it and dit it myself in record 30 seconds for $30 instead of the quoted $89.99. Service was good . Professional polite staff thank you

Kevin was very friendly and helpful. The process to make an appointment went smoothly, and he was ready to talk to my dad and me, and he was very thorough and patient with our questions. I got a diagnostic done, and Kevin called and went over everything with me then spoke with me in person, too, when I went to pick up my car. I appreciate his kindness and helpfulness.

So there was a diagnostic fee for $300 285 to be exact in which I was taxed on also which probably brought it up to the 300 that makes sense now but the service rep automatically knew what was wrong with this vehicle before he even put it on for a diagnostic because he stated it was a speed sensor Secondly, they told me that they were going to have to replace all the parts that I just replaced in the front end of my vehicle I did the work myself. I asked to have those parts returned to me so that I can get a credit because the parts were defected Due to the speed sensor not working correctly. I did not receive my parts back therefore I cannot receive a credit but it also voids out my warranty from the parts because you guys replaced the parts. I just replaced $2700 is a lot of money not complaining about the work vehicles running great There still is a tire light on. Don’t know why I have brand new tires on the vehicle. I asked to have all lights on the dash to be checked that one light was missed. I’ll have to live with it. I don’t think I will have a failed inspection because of the sensor. If you can get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, don’t worry about it. I’m glad you guys were there to work on my vehicle. Thanks again.
