Buying a car from a dealership can be stressful but this is the one dealership I trust.

Johnstons provides great service. I have never had any issues and have been using them for almost 10 years. The staff are friendly. The service is very organized, thorough and informative - with texts they provide with status of the service etc. which shows in detail what service is being done and if they have found any other issues that may need to be addressed in the future- including photos of the issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since the first day that I got recommended to Johnstons Toyota by one of my good buddies it’s been good since day one everything from getting the car that was almost impossible to get built in a short span of time to service that I received from the day I picked up my car, to all my maintenance that had followed. I’ve dealt with a young gal, Samantha Gordon, who’s been my service representative and she always had an open ear to my concerns, if I had anything, youknow little things with my car that maybe I didn’t know or needed to be adjusted in someway, like in my very last time there I was going for oil change and rotate tires and check over the car, all the fluids and everything and I had told her I had a little bit of a leak in my hardcover that was factory installed in my Tacoma’s bed, She bought that attention to the mechanic Hopefully it won’t leak. The mechanic tightened it up. I also asked Samantha to change my cabin filter and filters in my engine, but she said the mechanic said that they were clean, no need at this time. Maybe next visit it will be checked again. That’s honest right there!! I use Johnstons dealership because it is on the way as I am going up to upstate New York when I go trout fishing or hunting, it’s on the way and I live in Staten Island New York. Samantha has been very pleasant. She’s very dedicated to her work. I can tell you, she should be somebody that mentors anybody that’s a new employee for service in the dealership. It’s been a pleasure dealing with her plus also any staff that I’ve ever came in contact with too!

Took my new Sienna for the first "free" ToyotaCare maintenence. You drive directly into the service area, which was nice since it was raining. Got greeted, they took some info etc. I asked whether they would change the oil and they said that at 3300 miles Toyota does not include oil change in ToyotaCare, but I can pay for it myself, which I did for $90 (for full synth). Waited about 90 minutes in an area adjacent to the showroom, so I checked out other cars. In fact, I took a nap in the very comfortable LandCruser passenger seat. When leaving I asked for clarifications about whether I need to come next time based on mileage or time from the oil change, but I got an ambiguous answer. So I'll have to figure it out myself. The dealer seems to be a collector of interesting, rare vehicles kept in the showroom. Here is a Toyota Crown hearse.

I have been using Johnstons Toyota for a very, very long time just about all of my married life. We started because of my family because my dad always had Toyotas. My recent experience for service was with Brianna who is like a little drop of sunshine. She is happy and willing to go out of her way as all your people seem to be There was one other service that they thought I probably needed, and she had the car taken back down and less than an hour later that had been Completed and she had them bring the car up and I paid and I left as long as I have been dealing with Toyota , which is probably Close to 30 years at least plus my family. The service has always been great and your people that you employ are always friendly and helpful. I had a salesman I always used and it broke my heart when he retired. I highly recommend Johnstons and if you can see if you can work with Brianna because she is just Adorable and she’s the best she is indeed like a little drop of sunshine. If you get her, no matter what goes on, you will come out feeling like you’re a better person. Well done Johnstons.
