Mike Badalyan and his wonderful crew were extremely help in getting me a new vehicle. I brought in a 2014 Subaru Impreza to Mike from a local So. Burl. Auto dealer, for a pre-sale inspection. In my head, I was under the assumption that everything was going to be fine, CarFax looked great, but when we checked out underneath, problems were on the horizon. Completely rusted out, covered with an undercoating, brakes were about to go, 3 rusted out clamps on an exhaust pipe, nothing screamed “Wow!” about this car. So, because of this, Mike decided to help with my situation! He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. When I explained to him I needed 4WD, trunk space, and something reliable, he offered me a long-time customers’ Jeep Grand Cherokee. Having dealt with a Jeep Cherokee in the past that has put me and my significant other through hell, I was skeptical. But Mike reassured me that this vehicle was going to get at least 3-5 quality years barring I do the regular maintenance it requires. Mike doesn’t sell cars, but he did something wonderful for a long-time customer, and helped me out tremendously as a new one! Some issues arose when working on my vehicle, and things happen. But Mike, Jay, and the rest of the team went to unheard of lengths to make sure I was covered and taken care of. They got me back on the road and did great work. I was treated with respect, and like a friend. Id like to think I am a friend after the experience I had. Great team. I have lots of love for the few honest shops like Next Generation out there. But if I were to choose, come here. I have no doubt I’ll be taken care of in the future. Thanks guys, you really came through at the most important point in my life.

Mike, Tristen, and moose, absolutely killed it, I had taken my car to a shop to have a clutch replaced, got my car back with every light on the dash on and in limp mode, I instantly hit up Mike, he got me in wicked quick, come to find out the shop never put my subframe back in tight or my axel bearing with other obvious issues the other shop caused, moose and Tristen worked hard and got me all fixed up in less than and day at a super reasonable price while keeping close contact with me every step of the way. Can’t thank this team enough, would recommend these guys to anyone! Very trustworthy.

During a recent road trip, our camper van broke down and we were incredibly lucky to have made it to Next Generation Automotive. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They took us in an hour before closing and were able to do a diagnostic, taking both my wife and I out to the vehicle to explain and show exactly what was damaged and what needs to be done to repair it. The entire team was extremely accommodating. Mike, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and had the repairs done quickly. Mike the owner made us feel like a priority. Chris the manager was a great help with things to do in the area while the repairs were made. This shop gave a good price for the services done, knew exactly what they were working on, had good customer experience, got 5 stars from me. Just wish these guys were in my home town so I could use them for the rest of my cars.

My family has a new mechanic. Not only was Mike able to fit me in the day I called for a last minute winter tire change over (due to cancellation) he also repaired my sons exhaust on his Volvo at a cost 1/2 of what Midas was going to charge. So personable, friendly, trustworthy and upfront about what the repairs were going to be.
