I had a lovely experience, I went in to get an inspection and oil change. I love how there was a text with all the findings from the inspection and a quote. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done by noon same day. They are so quick to respond and return calls. Ken is also so smart and really looks out for what’s best for your wallet and what’s fair. I will 10000% be coming back in the future!

NE Auto never disappoints. I have used them a few times for various services, and every time they deliver on their promises. Ken is friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. They truly take the time to help you understand issues/diagnoses, including sharing images of any and all problem areas. Service is prompt and reliable—I’ve never had to wait more than a few days to get my car looked at, and they do their work quickly! Pricing is fair and honest—my most recent visit saved me $500 on some suspension repairs and a brake job over what the dealership quoted. Highly recommend!

I’ve had received excellent customer service from Ratan and appreciate the efforts he has put forth concerning my car repairs in the past and present. This man also polished the car clean after the service I was very happy . I always see little Roy at his weekend job sweeping floors over on the north side at that store.
