I'm very picky about who I let work on my truck. I showed up at new mexico diesel power on a monday morning and told them my problem they took my truck right in and helped me get to a car rental Jim keep me updated and got me back on the road the next morning I couldn't ask for a better experience they were Very polite and knowledgeable group of people I have ever come in contact with. I would recommend this shop to anybody. That needs diesel work done in New Mexico I wish we had a shop like this back home in Florida thank you for everything and I will be back in to get a few more things done before I head back home once again thank you

Great people running a great shop! Got my 2018 Ram fixed right and done quickly. There were no surprises or upcharges. Jimmy even worked with my extended warranty company. Honest folks and a quality business.

I almost never write Google reviews but I have to in this case because the service, honesty and thoroughness I have received at NMDP is outstanding. I am a problem client, I know cars and work on my own, but prefer to service my diesel at the shop. Jimmy was patient, very communicative and willing to go an extra mile to resolve my issue. He even drove it for 70 miles after final fixes were done to make sure nothing else comes up. You just don't get this kind of service there days from auto repair shops. Absolutely recommend them for all your diesel needs!

Went in and had a oil change and a tire rotation. I showed up early because the drive there was quicker then I thought - they pulled my truck right in and got to work instead of making me wait till my appointment time. When it was done they recommended some other maintenance items and suggested a time frame and offered a ballpark estimate, but also said it was safe to drive as well. While I was waiting the woman running the counter out front was very nice and we talked some to pass the time. Also while I was waiting another customer came in and the owner came out with the part that was broken and thoroughly explained what had gone wrong. When i get around to have the recommend maintenance done - it will be here.

Donnie and J got me in and serviced on an emergency repair at a very fair price, same day service, and consultation throughout the process with no hidden fees and even found ways to save me money on the repairs performed. They even provided advice on what could be coming and what to do in the event of any other problems Lukas even stopped to help me when my truck stalled out on the side of the road the previous night (which is how I found out about the company) and assisted me with getting the truck going again until it could be repaired Overall a very friendly and welcoming experience with concern for my wellbeing when I had issues getting the truck to their shop. My truck runs much better than it did prior to me having any problems with it. They also provided very detailed and comprehensive receipts and explanations for the work that was performed. I would highly recommend this team for any and all truck maintenance and repairs! I went back for more work on my vehicle two weeks ago and again they exceeded all of my expectations. They even follow up to make sure the vehicle is running correctly and to make sure you are satisfied with all the work and their warranty is unsurpassed just like their service. Great job guys keep it up!
