Jiffy Lube nailed it with my oil change! The crew was super chill, knew their stuff, and got me in and out in no time. They gave my car a quick check-up and didn’t try to push a bunch of extra stuff on me, which I really respect. The waiting area was clean and comfy, so the short wait flew by. Overall, the vibe was great, and my car’s running smooth as butter. I’ll definitely be rolling back here for my next service. Big shoutout to the team for keeping it quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Been waiting almost two hours for a simple oil change. There is only 3 customers total and so far I’ve only seen one car completed. Plus it’s super annoying that it’s the middle of winter and they don’t have the heater on inside for the guests. Paying for an oil change is about convenience, I’d rather just do it myself next time.

Jiffy lube employee was on it. He made sure to give me a price beforehand and explained exactly what they were doing and gave me an estimated time it would take. Gave recommendations with prices after taxes if nothing else was needed. They were really good at that location.

The gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind. He knew his products and his job well. There was no wait other than actually getting the oil changed so it wasn't real busy there. I would recommend going to that site to get your oil changed .

I recently went with my daughter to have her oil changed. The young manager, Collin was incredibly helpful not just to my daughter but to another elderly couple. It is nice to see young people these days with such good work ethic and compassion

Service was quick. At the end the tech had a hard time getting the skid plate to my 4 Runner back on. I watched them try multiple times to get the screws in on the drivers side. It was still visibly hanging off on the driver side when they pulled my vehicle out and told me it was ready. I mentioned the skid plate was still hanging off. They took it back in and again multiple attempts, then one employee came in a told me one bolt was missing and one was stripped when I came in. I knew that wasn't the case, but I still asked why I wasn't told about that and he blamed the manager that it was his "poor communication" then I asked why would they tell me my vehicle was ready and try send me on my way with it hanging halfway off. He just stared at me and gave me no response. Really disappointed. If a bolt was stripped or broken during the service, simple communication could have resolved the whole issue. Accidents happen, but the fact that I wasn't ever told and they tried to send me on my way and drive the vehicle with the skid plate halfway hanging off was just irresponsible.

The staff got me in and quickly serviced my truck. They thoroughly inspected my truck and found some issue. They walked me though the options. The manager also inspected the work and torqued the tires to insure they were properly tightened. I was pleased and would return to have them service my truck again

A personal item was missing after my service, so I calmly spoke with the manager. He checked the cameras, and helped me search my car for the item. We did not find the item, and I was upset. Turns out it had slipped into a small hole underneath the seat under /inside the floor? (Car detailer found it) I didn't even know there was a hole there. The oil change service was quick, my car is running great! The team of HONEST employees handled this tricky situation, and it was resolved without anger. Good people, good service, and exceptional professionalism.
