Definitely would give a zero star. Walked in and stood upfront over 10 mins while a lady was on the phone with a customer and three other coworkers standing around. Just for me to watch everyone clear the room leaving us standing upfront like we was invisible so I walked out. Horrible service and couldn’t even be helped with what I needed help with. Surely giving racism.

Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff. Went in there twice for rivets for a convertible top replacement. The guy helped us get the exact rivets we needed even though the ones we brought were definitely modified some way. He even measured the size to make sure the new ones would fit properly. Super nice and helpful.

My main guy there is Clint but everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Hard to find a part store with competent people behind the counter but these guys and girl have some sense. Not the closest parts store to me but after the nonsense I've dealt with at closer stores, yeah I'll make the drive!
